The ÖNİZ CENTER, Ankara project, comprising a 60,000 m² mall and 2,000 residential units, is accelerating its planning phase. Leased and managed by Mallexpert, the project has made significant progress in concept development and floor planning. It will be launched at PG 2026 in June and is scheduled to open to western Ankara residents in 2027.
